A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance being due on arrival. In the case of cancellation a full refund will be given if notification is received 30 days prior to arrival.
If notification is less than 30 days, the full refund will be given if the accommodation is able to be re-let. Normal check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10.30am. Weekend booking departure is 10:30am Sunday unless other arrangements have been made.
